Albert Ernest Carrier-Belleuse, (1824-1887) - Large pair of 19th Century patinated bronze figures of soldiers, one with helmet, drawing his sword, wearing chain-mail, the other perhaps a Turkish Ottoman, with headscarf, chain-mail, hand-axe and pikestaff, each on circular base signed in the cast 'A. CARRIER', raised upon green-stained bronze plinths, 55cm and 54cm high respectively (excluding pikestaff), (2)
