Howard & Sons armchair, probably a Bridgewater or Harley model, with ring-knopped turned front legs, one rear leg stamped '1836 / 109 / HOWARD X / BERNER', raised on four castors each stamped 'HOWARD & SONS LTD LONDON', later-upholstered in striped floral fabric, with T-shaped loose seat cushion, 75cm across arms, 72cm wide at front of seat (cushion 74cm across front), height of seat 31cm, depth of seat 68cm, overall depth 89cm approx, 87cm high overall
