As our jewellery specialist, Zoe is the primary cataloguer of all jewellery lots in our sales, using her expert knowledge to provide the most detailed descriptions of our lots. She also advises our valuers on items of jewellery on busy valuation days. Previously, she spent twelve years in jewellery retail, where she gained her professional Jewellers diploma (PJ Dip.).
Day-to-day, Zoe is responsible for office administration, including client enquiries, processing valuation receipts, data input, probate valuation coordination, and coordinates the sales for online auction on the Saleroom.com.
You'll find Zoe in the reception office, where she'll often be the first point of contact for general enquiries. As Director, she advises on big decisions and the forward-thinking changes that contribute to our continued growth, as well as reaching the finals of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce Family Business of the Year 2025.
